Job Description

Role & responsibilities Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Understand staffing needs, develop job descriptions, and determine hiring criteria. Source and Recruit Candidates: Utilize various platforms (job boards, social media, networking) to attract qualified candidates. Screen and Evaluate Candidates: Review resumes, conduct initial interviews, and assess candidate qualifications. Manage the Hiring Process: Schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers, and facilitate the offer and onboarding process. Maintain Candidate Records: Keep track of candidates in the applicant tracking system and update records as needed. Negotiate Offers: Work with hiring managers to determine salary and benefits packages and negotiate offers with candidates. Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire paperwork and orientation, ensuring a smooth transition for new employees. Build Relationships: Foster relationships with colleges, universities, and other sources of talent. Support HR Initiatives: Assist with HR projects and contribute to the overall HR function. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in recruitment. Placement Coordinator Specific Responsibilities: Focus on Placement: Manage the logistics of the placement process, ensuring a positive candidate experience and employer brand. Attend Placement Events: Participate in campus placements and other events to attract talent. Build Relationships with Institutions: Develop and maintain strong relationships with universities and colleges. Preferred candidate profile
