Job Summary

HR Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for various real estate roles (Sales, Telecalling, CRM, Admin, Site Executives, Property Advisors, etc.).
Source candidates through
Naukri, Apna, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals
, and social media platforms.
Screen resumes, conduct telephonic interviews, schedule face-to-face/virtual interviews.
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements.
Manage
walk-in drives
, job fairs, and bulk hiring activities.
Build a strong talent pipeline for urgent project requirements.
Maintain candidate databases and prepare recruitment reports.
Ensure smooth onboarding and completion of HR formalities.
Maintain strong employer branding and candidate experience.
Handle basic HR tasks like offer letters, documentation, and joining follow-ups.
