1. Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.
2. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand manpower requirements, build a strong candidate pipeline, and negotiate salaries.3. Conduct preliminary interviews, coordinate further rounds, and ensure a smooth hiring process.4. Oversee the onboarding process, ensuring a positive experience for new hires.5. Ensure adherence to labor laws, regulations, and industry standards.6. Create, update, and implement HR policies and procedures to drive organizational efficiency.
