1. Able to conduct all the recruitment and selection of the candidate as per the job requirement.
2. Able to conduct the induction or orientation to the candidate hired.
3. Able to conduct the training and development of new as well as the existing employees as needed by the company.
4. Able to conduct the performance evaluation periodically of the employees, identify the lack of performance and take necessary action as needed.
5. Able to maintain the motivation, welfare and safety of the employees.
6. Able to manage the smooth working of the company and maintain the relationship between the employees and the management.
7. Able to manage the employees grievances and take appropriate action for the same.
8. Able to draft, update and maintain the policies.
9. Able to report to the management with proper analysis and provide decision support as required.
10. Able to develop and implement strategies that are aligned with the company’s vision and objectives.
11. Has the knowledge of HR Systems and databases.
