Roles and Responsibilities: Handle the complete Employee life-cycle in the organization. From Sourcing Hiring Onboarding Managing the Team to Reliving. Update and Maintain Employee database. Coordinating with hiring managers in Identifying future needs of the organization and fulfilling the same with-in the SLA. Manage Aertsen Livings Experience center at Hyderabad. Shifts and employee pay-roll Management. Requirements What makes you worthy Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Extreme organizational skills and tones of patience. Must be able to make compelling conversations. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. Professional Qualifications: A Bachelors degree in Human Resource Management or related fields with 2-3 years of work experience. An experience in the corporate world earns you an extra point.
