Job Description

Web Brain Infotech is looking for a motivated and organized HR Executive to manage recruitment activities and support day-to-day human resource operations. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and an interest in recruitment and employee management.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job posting, resume screening, candidate sourcing, and interview scheduling.
Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
Assist with onboarding, documentation, and joining formalities for new employees.
Handle employee records and maintain HR-related documentation.
Coordinate with different departments to understand hiring requirements.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Help maintain a positive work environment and support employee engagement activities.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
Fresher or candidate with up to 1 year of experience in HR or recruitment.
Good verbal and written communication skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational, interpersonal, and multitasking skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
Willingness to learn HR processes and recruitment practices.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
