Job Details

• Position: HR Executive / Human Resources Executive
• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana
• Job Type: Full-Time | Work from Office
• Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
• Experience: Freshers & candidates with 0–2 years of experience
• Industry: Education & Overseas Consultancy

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with applicants throughout the hiring process.
• Assist with onboarding and induction of new employees.

2. HR Operations & Administration

• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, and leave details.
• Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and other HR documentation.
• Support daily HR operations and internal administrative activities.

3. Employee Engagement & Relations

• Build positive relationships with employees and support workplace communication.
• Assist in organising employee engagement activities and team initiatives.
• Address routine employee queries and coordinate with management when required.

4. Performance & HR Coordination

• Support performance review processes and employee development initiatives.
• Coordinate with different departments to understand staffing requirements.
• Prepare HR reports and track recruitment progress.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• MBA in HR is an added advantage.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment processes and HR operations.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, and professional email communication.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle employee information responsibly.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to multitask.
