Maple Tax Consulting LLC is looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Human Resources team. This role is suitable for candidates who enjoy interacting with people and want to build a career in recruitment and HR operations.

You will assist with hiring, employee onboarding, documentation, and daily HR activities while working closely with management.

Role & responsibilities

Post job openings on Naukri, LinkedIn, and other recruitment platforms.
Source and screen resumes based on job requirements.
Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and assess their interest, communication skills, and availability.
Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Assist with offer communication, joining formalities, and employee onboarding.
Collect and organize employee documents while maintaining confidentiality.
Help maintain attendance, leave records, and employee information.
Support employee engagement activities and internal communication.
Assist with campus recruitment and other HR tasks as required.

Preferred candidate profile

Bachelors degree in any discipline; BBA, B.Com, or MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Freshers are welcome; previous work experience is not required.
Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and email communication.
Strong interpersonal skills and a professional attitude.
Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
Ability to work collaboratively and complete assigned tasks on time.
