Job Description

Recruitment & Selection: Source, screen, and interview candidates for various hotel departments, handling seasonal hiring spikes for front desk, housekeeping, and F&B teams.
Onboarding & Training: Conduct new hire orientations and schedule customer service, safety, and compliance training for staff.
Employee Relations: Serve as the point of contact for staff queries, mediating conflicts, resolving grievances, and promoting a supportive work environment.
Attendance & Payroll: Oversee staff shifts, manage paid time off (PTO), track overtime, and support payroll processing.
Compliance: Enforce internal company policies and ensure the hotel adheres to local labor legislation.
Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and confidential personnel files, including managing work permits and visas for expatriate staff.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
