Job Responsibilities:

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
  • Post vacancies on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other portals.
  • Coordinate interviews, onboarding, and joining formalities.
  • Maintain employee records, attendance, and leave data.
  • Assist with payroll, salary processing, and HR documentation.
  • Handle employee queries, HR reports, and exit formalities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1+ year of experience in HR or recruitment.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

  • Hindi and English communication skills are mandatory.

  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and recruitment portals.
  • Good communication and organizational skills.
