Job Description

1. Talent Acquisition:

· Design and implement overall recruitment strategy.

· Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications for all the positions.

· Prepare recruitment materials and post jobs appropriately internally and externally i.e. IJP/job board, newspapers, social media, campus, agencies, employee referrals desks etc.

· Sourcing the competent candidates using all the sources.

· Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates as per the requirements and coordinate with functional heads for further assessment.

· Assess applicant’s relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes.

· Completing the reference check of candidates and documentation.

· Salary negotiation with the selected candidates and releasing the Letter of Intents.

· Onboarding the new joinees.

· Sending the joining announcements of senior profiles and doctors.

1. Onboarding formalities:

Pre-employment health check, Joining Formalities, Bank account opening, ID card, Email ID creation, HIS creation, Business Cards, Uniforms, Sim Card, Seating Arrangements, Appointment Letters.

2. EDM & Personal File:

Maintaining Employees & Doctors Database and to update regularly

Updating the employee personal files as per the check list regularly

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
