Human Resource Executive (Recruiter & Admin both work) Required

Qualification: MBA in HR/ Any Graduation- B.Sc, B.Com or B.A

Experience: 3-5 year experience required in a company and if you have experience in a Medical Firm so we preferred first.

• Good computer & communication skills required.
• Good English is a must.
• Proficient in all type documents related to the HR department.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES OF HR.

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
• Screening resumes
• Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
• Administering appropriate company assessments
• Performing reference and background checks
• Making recommendations to company hiring managers
• Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
• Following up on the interview process status
• Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
• Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
• Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
• Completing timely reports on employment activity
• Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees
• Prepare salary and attendance sheet every month, analyze late comers, full record of attendance, All HR related documents preparing work in Admin.

Job Location – Janakpuri East

Note: This opening is for our client company, which operates in the medical field and is located in Janakpuri, East Delhi.

Working Days – 6 Days Mon to Sat

Working Hours – 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM
