Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities HR Executive (Plant)

Handle end-to-end plant HR operations and employee relations.
Manage attendance, time office, shift management, overtime, and payroll inputs.
Coordinate recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
Ensure statutory compliance, including PF, ESI, and labour law documentation.
Manage contract labour and contractor compliance.
Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and exit formalities.
Oversee plant administration, including canteen, security, housekeeping, transport, and employee welfare.
Prepare daily/monthly HR MIS, manpower reports, and attrition reports.
Coordinate with Plant Head and department managers for manpower planning and smooth plant operations.
