Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment, including sourcing, screening, interview scheduling, and follow-ups.
Handle employee onboarding, joining formalities, documentation, and employee code generation.
Maintain employee records and update employee information in HRMS/ERP.
Coordinate confirmation, transfer, promotion, and exit formalities.
Address employee queries and support employee engagement activities.

What We’re Looking For:

Minimum 2 year of experience in HR (recruitment + operations)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Willingness to travel across locations
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in HR or a related field

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹34,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
