Job Description

Job Title:

Location:

HR Executive with a medical or healthcare background

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for medical and non-medical positions
Coordinate onboarding, induction, and training processes
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Assist in payroll, attendance, and leave management
Ensure HR policies and compliance are followed, especially healthcare regulations
Support employee engagement and grievance handling
Work closely with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals on staffing needs
Assist in audits and HR documentation for NABH or similar accreditation

Key Skills:

Knowledge of medical roles and healthcare workforce requirements
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
HR operations knowledge (recruitment, payroll, compliance)
Familiarity with healthcare regulations and certifications
Proficient in MS Office and HR software
Ability to work in fast-paced hospital or clinic environments

Qualifications

Graduate or Postgraduate in HR

13 years of HR experience, preferably in a healthcare or hospital setup
Understanding of medical terminology is an added advantage
