Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities – HR Executive

Recruitment & Hiring: Handle end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, resume screening, interview scheduling, candidate follow-ups, and onboarding.
Payroll Management: Independently manage monthly payroll processing, salary calculations, deductions, incentives, reimbursements, payslips, and full-and-final settlements.
Attendance & Leave Management: Maintain employee attendance, leave records, permissions, overtime, and monthly payroll inputs.
Employee Documentation: Maintain employee records, appointment letters, employment agreements, confirmation letters, and other HR documents.
Statutory Compliance: Ensure applicable statutory compliances, including PF, ESI, Professional Tax, TDS, and other labour law requirements.
Employee Relations: Handle employee queries, grievances, performance reviews, disciplinary matters, and employee engagement activities.
HR Policies & Administration: Implement HR policies, manage onboarding and exit formalities, track probation periods, and coordinate day-to-day office administration.
HR Reporting & Coordination: Prepare monthly HR reports, maintain employee databases, coordinate with management and the accounts team, and ensure timely completion of HR activities.

Pay: ₹11,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
