Scheduler/Coordinator Intern

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews across various functions and levels.
  • Communicate and confirm interview details with candidates and interviewers.
  • Collect and organize candidate documents during the hiring process.
  • Support post-offer follow-ups to ensure timely joining and onboarding.
  • Maintain trackers and assist in recruitment-related documentation.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a seamless interview experience. Desired Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and time management.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
