Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing, optimizing, and expanding the HubSpot ecosystem at AT Dawn Technologies. Your role will involve leading all HubSpot CRM operations, building scalable automation, supporting cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless integration with Salesforce and other analytics or business intelligence tools. Your technical expertise and hands-on development capabilities will be crucial in architecting solutions that enhance sales, marketing, and service operations across the company. Key Responsibilities: - Manage day-to-day administration of HubSpot CRM, including user management, permissions, and team hierarchies. - Maintain data hygiene through workflows, deduplication, and proactive governance. - Create and maintain CRM objects, fields, pipelines, and record templates. - Monitor system performance and resolve CRM-related issues. - Build scalable workflows, sequences, and automation across Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. - Develop custom-coded workflow actions, scripts, and APIs to extend HubSpot functionality. - Optimize lifecycle stages, lead scoring models, routing rules, and handoff automation. - Design modular solutions that can loop, iterate, and re-trigger after data updates or integration changes. - Own and maintain HubSpotSalesforce bi-directional sync. - Define sync rules, field mappings, deduplication logic, and conflict resolution policies. - Troubleshoot integration failures and ensure data consistency between systems. - Implement integrations with analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Google Analytics, Snowflake). - Build API-based integrations when native connectors are not sufficient. - Build custom dashboards for Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and leadership teams. - Set up attribution reporting, funnel analytics, forecast reports, and performance KPIs. - Ensure downstream analytics systems have clean, structured data. - Collaborate with BI teams to pass HubSpot data into data warehouses. - Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Operations stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver CRM solutions. - Coach teams on best practices, CRM usage, and process improvements. - Document system designs, workflows, integrations, and standard operating procedures. - Maintain CRM compliance with GDPR/CCPA and company data policies. - Implement data governance standards, audit logs, and retention policies. - Conduct periodic health checks and user training. Qualifications: - 3-6 years of experience as a HubSpot Admin, HubSpot Developer, or RevOps specialist. - Hands-on experience with HubSpot Sales, Marketing, and Service Hubs. - Strong understanding of HubSpotSalesforce sync and API integrations. - Experience writing custom HubSpot code actions (JavaScript) and using HubSpot API endpoints. - Strong Analytical Skills With Experience In BI/analytics Tools. - Ability to document systems and communicate technical concepts to non-technical teams.,
