Role Overview
The Hub Supervisor is a role for people with 2-3 years of experience designed for individuals eager to gain hands-on experience across multiple functions within a fast-growing organization. You will contribute to delivery partner acquisition, customer order management, and operations, while also supporting sales and customer service teams. This role offers a unique opportunity to develop foundational skills in logistics, e-commerce, and business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Delivery Partner Acquisition and Support:
• Assist in recruiting and onboarding delivery partners for various business verticals.
• Support delivery partners by providing guidance on company policies and processes.
• Address queries and escalate concerns to ensure smooth operations.

Customer Order Management:

• Handle end-to-end management of customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to resolve order-related issues.
• Provide order updates and follow-ups to customers as required.

Customer Service:

• Respond to customer inquiries and resolve complaints with a professional demeanor.
• Maintain a record of customer interactions to improve service quality.
• Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate teams for resolution.

Operational Support:

• Monitor daily operations and assist in ensuring smooth delivery execution.
• Provide hands-on support during peak hours or when additional resources are required.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and propose solutions for improvement.

Sales Support:

• Assist the sales team with lead generation and client follow-ups.
• Support client onboarding processes and maintain records of business interactions.
• Promote Zorrro’s services to potential clients as required.

Who Should Apply?

• Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent preferred;

Skills:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office/Google Workspace tools.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A positive attitude with a willingness to learn.

Experience: 2-3 years of experience in customer service and logistics.
