Roles and Responsibilities

Manage daily operations of the hub, ensuring efficient warehousing and last mile delivery.
Oversee incoming logistics, outgoing shipments, and inventory management.
Coordinate with team members to optimize supply chain operations and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.
Analyze data to identify areas for improvement in hub operations and implement changes accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile

1-3 years of experience in hub operations or related field (logistics/supply chain).
Strong understanding of inbound logistics, outbound logistics, last mile delivery, route planning, and warehouse operations.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Proficiency in using technology such as GPS tracking systems for route optimization.
