Html Developer

Were looking for a detail-oriented Frontend Developer with 34 years of hands-on experience in building high-quality, responsive, and accessible HTML/CSS interfaces. Youll work closely with designers, developers, and product teams to translate Figma designs into production-ready code that looks great on every device and meets WCAG 2.1 AA standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understand each feature end-to-end its purpose, expected behaviour, and edge cases before building it.
• Convert Figma (or Sketch/XD) designs to pixel-perfect, responsive Layouts using HTML/CSS, Tailwind CSS.
• Develop layouts using modern CSS techniques (Flex box, CSS Grid).
  Ensure all markup follows semantic HTML5 and ARIA best practices for accessibility. Implement and maintain accessibility to meet WCAG 2.1 AA standards across all pages and components.
• Implement basic JavaScript for simple interactivity and dynamic behaviour.
• Ensure cross-browser and cross-device consistency.
• Test and debug UI issues across different browsers.
• Collaborate with backend and JavaScript developers to integrate your markup smoothly.
  Working on Angular projects is a strong plus you should be comfortable reading Angular templates and integrating your HTML into Angular components.
• Optimize pages for performance, SEO, and maintainability.
• Participate in code reviews and follow best practices for Git version control.
• Contribute ideas to improve the quality, scalability, and usability of our frontend stack.
  

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong HTML5, semantic markup, and ARIA roles.
• Expert CSS3 skills, including responsive design with Flex box/Grid and utility frameworks like Tailwind CSS.
• Practical experience with Tailwind CSS and SCSS.
• Good understanding of web accessibility (WCAG 2.1 AA) and how to test for it.
• Knowledge of how to support screen readers effectively (using correct ARIA attributes, labels, and semantic structure).
• JavaScript knowledge to handle simple interactions and dynamic UI behaviour.
• Ability to understand the bigger picture of a feature and its requirements before starting.
• Familiarity with Angular or a willingness to learn how your code integrates with Angular templates and components.
• Practical experience with UI component libraries like Angular Material, Ant Design or PrimeNG is a plus.
• Experience converting complex Figma/Sketch/XD files into clean, maintainable production code.
• Proficiency with Git workflows (branching, merging, PR reviews).
