HSE Manager

Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, directing, and delivering HSE (Industrial Safety Management) related services, including Industrial HSE Management and Services, Safety Audits, Safety Training, Risk Assessments (Qualitative), and Construction Safety Services. Your performance will align with the Bureau Veritas Quality Assurance System, including the BV Code of Ethics and the BV Group Policy(ies). Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and lead the HSE network in the Group/Zone/Division - Participate in the recruitment, training, and assessment of HSE resources - Design and maintain integrated HSE Management Systems - Identify high-risk activities and ensure employee protection processes are in place - Disseminate best practices within the Group/Division/Zone - Ensure correct identification, maintenance, and usage of Personal Protective Equipment - Lead and coordinate internal and external audit programs - Introduce incident risk management tools & techniques - Increase awareness of costs and risks of poor performance and non-compliance - Monitor safety procedures application in the field - Develop training modules and improve HSE performance - Advise senior management for compliance with HSE regulatory requirements - Implement Group priorities, train and support management - Analyze complaints and accidents, propose corrective actions - Track and report HSE performance to Corporate/Division/Zone HSE Management Qualification Required: - B.E/ B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical with 12 to 15 years of experience and PG Diploma in Industrial Safety - Experience in tailoring and implementing HSE management systems for large organizations, preferably at the corporate level - Management degree will be an added advantage Skills & Qualities: - Go to Market attitude with ability to connect people and convert contacts into business - Excellent interpersonal skills - Strong leadership abilities - Team management skills - Pleasing personality - Good communication and presentation skills,
