Role & responsibilities

Education:

Experience:

Responsibilities are as follows,

Knowledge of local safety laws, Factories Act, Fire Safety norms, and environmental regulations
Ensure compliance with local safety, fire, health, and environmental regulations.
Identify potential hazards through risk assessments and implement control measures.
Develop, implement, and update emergency response and evacuation plans.
Conduct regular safety inductions, fire drills, and awareness programs.
Record, investigate, and report accidents, near misses, and unsafe conditions.
Monitor and ensure contractors follow building safety protocols.
Monitor waste management, sewage treatment, water conservation, and pollution control measures
Ensure fire detection, alarm systems, sprinklers, and extinguishers are functional.
Oversee waste disposal, recycling programs, and environmental compliance.
Maintain indoor air quality, water hygiene, pest control, and sanitation standards.
Carry out routine safety inspections and audits to improve safety performance
Support energy conservation and sustainability initiatives
