Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HSBC Solution Architect with 12+ years of experience to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in solution architecture and design, with expertise in ensuring product design solutions are cost-effective and maintained through the agile development lifecycle.

Roles and Responsibility

Design and develop comprehensive solutions for clients using agile methodologies.
Manage the flow of the backlog of design activities to ensure timely project delivery.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
Develop and maintain technical documentation for solution designs.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members.

Job Requirements

Full-time graduate degree in any discipline.
Strong understanding of solution architecture and design principles.
Experience with agile development methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong analytical and technical skills.
Notice period: 0-30 days.
