HRIS Implementation Specialist - Integrations & Security

As an HRIS Implementation Specialist - Integrations & Security, your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining integrations between HRIS platforms and external systems while ensuring data security, access control, and compliance with organizational policies. Your responsibilities will include: - Configure and monitor API, SFTP, and middleware connections such as SingleComm and Workday Studio. - Define and manage role-based access controls and security permissions. - Conduct data privacy and security audits. - Troubleshoot and resolve integration or security issues during migration. - Document system architecture and integration processes. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field. - 4+ years of HRIS or integration experience with a strong technical background. - Proficiency in APIs, data mapping, and middleware technologies. - Knowledge of data privacy regulations such as GDPR and HIPAA. Preferred skills for this position include: - Experience with Single Sign-On (SSO) and Identity Management systems. - Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities. - Familiarity with Workday Studio.
