HRIS Consultant-Oracle fusion

You are an experienced HRIS Consultant with a minimum of 5+ years of overall experience and a specific focus of at least 2+ years in Oracle Fusion. Your expertise lies in Oracle Fusion HR Core, Absence Management, Reports, HDL template creation, and data spreadsheet loaders. As an HRIS Consultant, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing HRIS applications, particularly Oracle Fusion, by collaborating with stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and functionality. Your key responsibilities will include leading and contributing to Oracle Fusion HR Core and Absence Management implementations, developing and managing reports, HDL templates, and data spreadsheet loaders to enhance HR processes, providing techno-functional support to align business requirements with technical solutions in Oracle Fusion, participating in end-to-end implementation projects, and assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to HRIS applications. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless integration and efficient utilization of HR systems. Key Skills required for this role include expertise in Oracle Fusion HR Core and Absence Management, hands-on experience with HDL templates and data spreadsheet loaders, in-depth knowledge of HRIS applications and related reporting, with a minimum of 2+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion (HR Core/Absence Management), and at least one end-to-end implementation project experience. Preferred Skills for this position include knowledge or experience with SAP or SuccessFactors, strong problem-solving abilities, quick adaptation to new HRIS applications, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the capability to work effectively across different teams.,
