Additionally, you will be expected to report key talent metrics to the India Leadership, foster a high-performance culture, and contribute to the overall success of the organization. Your expertise in HRBP and talent strategy will play a vital role in shaping and enhancing the talent landscape within the company. This role requires a Master's in Business Administration and experience in a similar capacity.
