Role Overview: As an experienced HR leader with over 12 years of progressive experience, you will play a crucial role in driving the people strategy and aligning HR initiatives with business goals in the healthcare industry. Your responsibilities will include overseeing talent acquisition, performance management, compensation and benefits, compliance, HR operations, engagement, and retention. Your strategic thinking, stakeholder management, and data-driven approach will be essential in leading and mentoring the HR team to ensure the organization's success. Key Responsibilities: - Align HR with business goals by driving culture, leadership, and change initiatives. - Oversee hiring for clinical & corporate roles to strengthen the employer brand. - Manage appraisals, career growth, training, and succession planning for employees. - Ensure compliance with labour laws, healthcare regulations, and handle grievance redressal. - Standardize HR policies across locations, implement HRIS, analytics, and process automation. - Enhance employee experience, reduce attrition, and develop engagement programs. - Lead and mentor the HR team while partnering with management on workforce planning. Qualification Required: - 12+ years of progressive HR leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, hospital, diagnostics, or clinical operations. - Educational qualification: MBA (HR) / PGDHR / Masters in a relevant field. - Experience in scaling organizations, multi-location operations, and regulatory/compliance in healthcare.
