Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support:

• Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates

• Coordinating interviews and follow-ups

• Maintaining recruitment records and databases

• Supporting campus drives and hiring initiatives

HR Operations:

• Assisting in onboarding and induction

• Maintaining employee records and documentation

• Supporting employee engagement activities

• Contributing to day-to-day HR functions

Training & Growth Path

The program is designed in structured phases to help you grow into a full-time HR role:

• Initial Learning Period (First 3 Months):

  • Exposure to recruitment lifecycle (sourcing, screening, coordination, onboarding)

  • Training in data handling (Excel-based reporting, trackers, HR records)

  • Guidance and mentorship from senior HR professionals

• Stipend-Supported Period (Next 3 Months):

  • Hands-on execution of recruitment and HR operations

  • Continued mentoring and performance reviews

• Post-Training:

  • Based on performance, trainees may be offered a full-time role with a competitive salary package.
