Job Description

Role Overview: As the HR Systems Lead at Information Systems Associates - Sharjah (ISA-SHJ), your primary responsibility will be to manage and optimize HR systems and technologies to support the organization's HR functions. This includes overseeing the implementation, integration, configuration, and maintenance of HR software systems such as HRIS, ATS, LMS, etc. Your role will involve collaborating with other departments, managing system upgrades, troubleshooting, and ensuring data integrity and compliance with relevant regulations. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HR systems, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and other related HR technology platforms. - Ensure system security, access control, and data integrity are maintained at all times. - Lead and manage HR system implementations, from selection to rollout, in alignment with business needs. - Design and generate HR metrics, reports, and dashboards to support data-driven decision-making. - Evaluate the functionality of existing HR systems and recommend upgrades or new systems to enhance HR processes. - Ensure HR systems comply with relevant data protection regulations and protect confidential employee information. - Provide support for HR team members and users across the organization on HR system-related inquiries and issues. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure HR systems are aligned with overall company objectives and processes. Qualification Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent (Master's degree preferred). - PMP Certification or other Project or Program Management qualification is preferred. - Fluent in English Language; Arabic proficiency is a plus. - Proven experience in HRIS management, HR systems administration, or similar roles (5+ years preferred). - Strong understanding of HR processes and best practices. - Proficiency in HRIS software, reporting tools, and data management. - Experience in system integrations and working with APIs is a plus. - Advanced knowledge of Excel and data analysis. - Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to train and support staff at all levels. - IT certifications in HR system management.
