Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Supervisor based in Udaipur in Luxury Hotel. The Human Resources Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing HR operations, RECRUITMENT managing employee relations, handling performance management, and ensuring compliance with HR policies. Day-to-day tasks include supervising HR staff, addressing employee concerns, administering performance reviews, and developing and implementing HR policies to maintain a productive work environment. Qualifications-MBA preferred. Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills Experience in Recruitment & Retention. Knowledge of HR Policies and best practices along with recruitment procedure. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and leadership abilities Proven track record in an HR supervisory role Bachelor's/ Master degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field Work experience in Hospitality industry is Plus. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹19,529.74 - ₹39,678.59 per month Benefits: Food provided Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Udaipur City, Rajasthan: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Experience: Hospitality: 2 years (Required) Language: English (Required) Work Location: In person
