Job Description

As a Service Delivery & Change Lead at Capgemini, you will have the opportunity to drive efficiency, innovation, and digital adoption in HR processes. Your primary responsibilities will include: - Building and validating HR Transformation business cases - Evaluating HR products/platforms for adoption - Establishing financial tracking mechanisms/reporting frameworks - Driving workshops, building consensus, and communicating operations transformation impact through presentations/newsletters - Developing point of view reports for new people operations practices - Implementing Six Sigma to streamline HR processes and enhance productivity - Identifying and promoting transformation success stories - Generating executive leadership reports with actionable insights In the area of Software Engineering, your role will involve: - Applying scientific methods to analyze and solve software engineering problems - Developing and applying software engineering practice and knowledge in research, design, development, and maintenance - Exercising original thought and judgment, supervising the work of other software engineers - Collaborating with team members and stakeholders Professional Skills required for this role include: - Ability to build/validate business cases, financial tracking, and data-driven decision-making - Proficiency in HR operations strategy, process optimization (Six Sigma), technology evaluation, and shared services benchmarking - Strong stakeholder engagement, storytelling, presentations, and executive reporting skills - Proficient in HR efficiency initiatives, KPI tracking, and branding success stories About Capgemini: Capgemini is a global business and technology transformation partner, committed to helping organizations accelerate their transition to a digital and sustainable world.
