Handling end to end Recruitment Process (IT & Non-IT) Maintain employee records Managing Payroll Process Setting up new HR Process and Procedure Coordinating post recruitment activities like salary fitment for selected candidates, preparing and rolling out offer letters. Performing joining formalities like preparation of Joining docket, on boarding and documentation. Updating MIS and HR Database. Conducting exit formalities for all employees. Keeping records of attendance and leave of the employees. Managing day-to-day problems of the employees in best possible way. Conduct exit interview of the resigning employee.
