The ideal candidate for the HR Cum Accounts Executive position should be a dynamic professional with experience in HR and basic accounting knowledge. Additionally, you will be required to coordinate with a Chartered Accountant for GST and TDS-related tasks, as well as handle invoices, petty cash, and expenses efficiently. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or Accounting, along with proficiency in Excel and other accounting tools. Strong communication skills are also essential for effective coordination within the team and with external stakeholders. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits such as health insurance, paid sick time, and paid time off. The work schedule is during the day shift from Monday to Friday, and the work location is in person.
