Job Description

Job Title: HR Recruiter

Experience: 1-4 Years

Location: Across Kerala, Coimbatore and Hyderabad

Roles & Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment across multiple positions
Manage bulk hiring requirements, especially college/on-campus recruitment
Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs
Source candidates through job portals, campus drives, referrals, and social platforms
Screen, schedule, and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interview processes and follow up with candidates
Ensure timely offer rollouts and joining
Maintain recruitment data and reports
Represent the organization during campus hiring drives and job fairs

Requirements & Skills

1-4 years of hands-on experience in recruitment
Proven experience in bulk hiring and campus recruitment
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Willingness to travel frequently for hiring drives
Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
Go-getter attitude with the ability to work under targets and timelines
Energetic, proactive, and result-oriented mindset
