Role Overview: As a Senior Recruiter, your primary role is to locate talented individuals to fulfill the company's staffing requirements. This will involve actively engaging on social media platforms, attending career fairs, making cold calls, visiting local educational institutions, and employing innovative methods to identify qualified candidates. Building strong relationships with potential employees is essential as you navigate the competitive recruitment landscape. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting L1/L2 (Technical) interviews and assessing interview techniques effectively. - Reading candidates accurately and determining their suitability for the organization. - Participating in the entire interviewing process or providing insights to senior management for formal interviews. - Managing administrative tasks such as collecting and organizing paperwork, coordinating background checks, negotiating salaries, and facilitating new employee orientation.
