Job Overview We are looking for a dynamic HR Recruiter with expertise in Sales Recruitment within the Real Estate industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of modern recruitment strategies, talent sourcing tools, and employer branding to attract and hire top-performing sales professionals. This role involves end-to-end hiring and close collaboration with hiring managers to ensure recruitment efforts align with business objectives. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire hiring process, from sourcing and screening to onboarding. Sales Recruitment: Specialize in hiring top sales professionals, ensuring alignment with business needs. Talent Sourcing: Utilize job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals, and other platforms to attract high-quality candidates. Recruitment Tools & ATS: Leverage Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), CRM tools, and recruitment automation for efficiency. Collaboration with Hiring Managers: Work closely with sales leadership to define role requirements, competencies, and candidate profiles. Candidate Evaluation: Conduct phone screenings, interviews, and assessments to shortlist the best talent. Offer & Negotiation Management: Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate terms, and ensure smooth communication between candidates and stakeholders. Onboarding Coordination: Facilitate pre-hire documentation, orientation, and cultural integration for new hires. Recruitment Metrics & Reporting: Track and report key metrics like time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and quality of hire to optimize recruitment strategies. Employer Branding: Help strengthen Saturn Realcon’s brand to attract top talent and position the company as an employer of choice. Qualifications & Experience Master’s degree in Human Resources or a related field. 1-3 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment, preferably in sales hiring within the real estate sector. Strong understanding of recruitment strategies, talent acquisition, and industry trends. Proficiency in ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and CRM tools. Excellent sourcing skills with expertise in pipeline development and candidate engagement. Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle multiple hiring processes and prioritize effectively. A data-driven approach to recruitment and hiring process optimization.
