Position: HR Recruiter

Location: Thane West, Maharashtra

Experience: 3–4 Years

Salary: ₹30,000–₹35,000

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a related field

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter with 3–4 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment. The ideal candidate should have good knowledge of the recruitment process, strong communication skills and the ability to identify, screen and hire suitable candidates for various positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle the complete end-to-end recruitment process.

• Understand job requirements and prepare job descriptions.

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other recruitment channels.

• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

• Shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

• Negotiate salary and discuss offer details with selected candidates.

• Manage offer rollouts and coordinate the joining process.

• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

• Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in HR recruitment.

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field.

• Hands-on experience in end-to-end recruitment.

• Good knowledge of sourcing and screening techniques.

• Experience working with job portals and LinkedIn.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Good coordination, negotiation and follow-up skills.

• Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously.
