Job Description – HR Recruiter (Non-IT / FMCG)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Recruiter with around 3 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably in the FMCG industry. The candidate should have strong expertise in end-to-end recruitment, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates across various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions, particularly in the FMCG industry.
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, employee referrals, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Manage recruitment for departments such as Sales, Marketing, E-commerce, SCM, Operations, Finance, and Administration.
• Maintain a database of candidates and regularly update recruitment trackers.
• Follow up with selected candidates regarding salary negotiations, offer letters, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions within the given timelines.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.
• Coordinate the complete joining and onboarding process.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR recruitment.
• Strong experience in Non-IT recruitment, preferably FMCG.
• Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
• Good knowledge of sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to handle multiple positions simultaneously.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with experience in FMCG, D2C, Personal Care, Baby Care, or Consumer Product industries.
• Should be comfortable handling bulk and lateral hiring.
• Immediate joiners or candidates who can join within 10 days preferred.
