Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing qualified candidates, conducting initial screenings, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures of open positions.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various departments, including Sales, Accounts, Administration, Operations, and Technical roles.
• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, LinkedIn, job portals, references, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
• Negotiate salary, discuss notice periods, and coordinate offer releases.
• Manage joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding of selected candidates.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily/weekly hiring reports.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per the company's hiring requirements.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong sourcing and candidate-screening skills.
• Knowledge of job portals such as Naukri, WorkIndia, Indeed, and LinkedIn.
• Good negotiation and convincing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies simultaneously.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment trackers.
• Strong follow-up, coordination, and time-management skills.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate in any discipline (MBA in HR will be preferred).
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Experience in B2B, Sales, and Non-IT hiring will be an added advantage.
• Ability to work independently and achieve hiring targets.

• Number of successful closures.
• Time taken to close vacancies.
• Candidate joining ratio.
• Interview-to-selection ratio.
• Quality of candidates sourced.
• Recruitment target achievement.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
