### JOB DESCRIPTION

We are hiring enthusiastic and communication-focused candidates for the **HR Recruiter** position. The role involves sourcing candidates, coordinating interviews, screening profiles, and supporting the recruitment process.

### ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

* Qualification: **10+2 / Any Graduate / Post Graduate**

* Eligible pass-out years: **2022, 2023, 2024, 2025 & 2026**

* Candidates must have **all required educational documents**

* **Fluent English communication** is mandatory

* Freshers are welcome to apply

* Good communication and interpersonal skills

### JOB DETAILS

* **Salary:** ₹13,000 – ₹15,000 In-Hand + Incentives

* **Working Days:** 6 Days

* **Shift:** Completely Day Shift

* **Working Hours:** 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

* **Weekly Off:** 2nd & 4th Saturday + Sundays

* **Work Location:** Punjagutta, Hyderabad

### KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

* Source candidates through job portals, databases, and other channels

* Screen candidates based on job requirements

* Conduct initial candidate calls and explain job opportunities

* Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates

* Maintain candidate information and recruitment records

* Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process

* Meet daily and monthly recruitment targets
