HR Recruiter

We are looking for a proactive, enthusiastic, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing potential candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth hiring experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions across departments.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with shortlisted candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain and update candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring cycle.
• Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes and candidate screening.
• Familiarity with job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
• Good negotiation, coordination, and follow-up skills.
• Ability to multitask and work in a target-driven environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other basic HR tools.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
