Job Title: HR Recruiter

Location: Bengaluru

Key Responsibilities:

● Handle end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding

● Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other relevant platforms

● Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements

● Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate further interview rounds

● Schedule and manage interviews with hiring managers

● Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment cycle

● Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers

● Post job openings on various portals and social media platforms

● Coordinate offer roll-out and support onboarding formalities

● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs

● Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Requirements:

● Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or similar role

● Hands-on experience with Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, Internshala, and other job portals

● Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and screening methods

● Good communication and interpersonal skills

● Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet hiring deadlines

● Basic knowledge of MS Office and recruitment tracking systems

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
