Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, strong sourcing abilities, and the ability to identify and attract suitable candidates for various departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle, from sourcing to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment platforms.
• Handle IT and Non-IT recruitment requirements.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
• Negotiate salary packages and manage offer rollouts.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions based on hiring requirements.
• Coordinate joining formalities and documentation for selected candidates.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.

Required Skills

• Ability to screen and evaluate candidates effectively.

• Strong follow-up and coordination abilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR Recruitment.
• Experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
