**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** As an HR Recruiter at our company, you will play a crucial role in the end-to-end recruitment process to help attract and hire top talent. Your primary focus will be on understanding job requirements and candidate profiles for various roles. You will be responsible for posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms, sourcing potential candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals, screening resumes and applications, conducting initial telephonic interviews, scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, maintaining candidate databases, and preparing recruitment reports. Additionally, you will ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understanding job requirements and candidate profiles for various roles. - Posting job advertisements on job portals and social media platforms. - Sourcing potential candidates through databases, social media, and employee referrals. - Screening resumes and applications, and conducting initial telephonic interviews. - Scheduling interviews and coordinating with hiring managers. - Maintaining candidate databases and preparing recruitment reports. - Ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. **Qualifications Required:** - MBA in Human Resources (2024 or recent pass-out). - Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Good understanding of recruitment concepts and hiring lifecycle. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Eagerness to learn and grow in the HR domain. **Additional Company Details:** In addition to the above, the company offers benefits such as cell phone reimbursement, commuter assistance, health insurance, internet reimbursement, leave encashment, paid sick time, and various bonuses.
