About the Role: We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to join our HR team and support our hiring efforts. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment strategies, sourcing techniques, and employer branding while working in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: • Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruiting strategies. • Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, referrals and vendor management. • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles. • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams. • Conduct reference checks and negotiate offers of employment. • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs. • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in IT recruitment. • Collaborate with HR colleagues on initiatives related to employer branding, candidate experience, and recruitment metrics
