As an HR Recruiter at our company based in Coimbatore, you will play a crucial role in the recruitment process by developing and implementing effective strategies to attract qualified candidates. Your responsibilities will include posting job openings on various platforms, reviewing resumes, conducting interviews, and coordinating with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining candidate information in the recruitment database, conducting background and reference checks, and assisting in the onboarding process for new hires. To excel in this role, you should possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or a similar field. You should have strong recruitment skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
