Position: IT Recruiter
Location: Zirakpur (Onsite)
Experience: 6 months to 1 year in IT recruitment
Key Responsibilities:
* Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for IT roles.
* Use job portals (e.g., Naukri, LinkedIn, Monster), social media, and internal databases to identify and engage passive and active candidates.* Conduct initial HR interviews to assess candidates’ fit based on skills, experience, and cultural alignment.* Coordinate technical interviews with hiring managers and track feedback efficiently.* Build a talent pool for future hiring needs and engage with candidates regularly to keep them warm.
Interview will be Face to Face only and local candidates will be prioritized.
