Key Responsibilities: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through job portals, social media, and networking. Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds. Manage job postings, interview schedules, and candidate communications. Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for future hiring needs. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports. Stay updated on industry hiring trends and best practices. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR functions. Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple positions. Knowledge of labor laws and hiring best practices is a plus.
