Role Overview: We are seeking a proactive HR Executive to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. The ideal candidate will have experience with job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, and Indeed, and proficiency in both English and Hindi. Key Responsibilities: Recruitment: Source and attract candidates using job portals. Screening: Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates. Interview Coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews. Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires. Database Management: Maintain and update candidate databases. Qualifications: Educational Background: Any graduate degree. Experience: 6 months – 1 year in HR or recruitment roles. Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge, including familiarity with MS Office and Google Workspace. Language Skills: Proficiency in both English and Hindi.
